Jenna McClelland lives and writes in Toronto. She is the recipient of a Key West Literary Seminar Scholarship selected by poet Rowan Ricardo Phillips, a finalist in Nowhere Magazine’s Emerging Travel Writer Contest for her prose collection Maelströms, and a Doris McCarthy Artist-in-Residence.
Jenna was a Shitworker at MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL in San Francisco, and assisted in editing some of Anaïs Nin’s final works, including A Diary of Others: The Unexpurgated Diary of Anaïs Nin (1955-1966) and Letters to Lawrence Durrell 1937-1977.
Jenna has written and worked for Exclaim! Magazine, Broken Pencil, and the Toronto Zine Library, where she really enjoyed herself.
